Custodian ensures the absolute integrity and security of the company's high-value stock. This role demands an individual of exceptional discipline and integrity who can manage the day-to-day audit, storage, billing, or transit logistics of luxury goods, minimizing any risk of damage, misplacement, or theft.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stock Security & Safe Custody

• Complete Asset Accountability: Take absolute ownership of all inventory allocated to the specific vault, showroom floor, or transit batch. [1]
• High-Security Standards: Ensure all items are locked away securely at the close of business hours according to exact company protocols. [1]
• Transit & Travel Security: Manage the secure handling and physical custody of high-value inventory when moving items between showrooms, workshops, or exhibitions.

2. Inventory Control & Auditing

• Meticulous Record-Keeping: Maintain an accurate physical count and digital logs of all stock items entering or leaving custody. [1]
• Discrepancy Reporting: Conduct daily, weekly, or monthly stock reconciliations and immediately report any weight variances, damages, or missing units to senior management
• Quality & Upkeep Check: Monitor the physical condition of the pieces, ensuring they are free of damage and stored in line with material care instructions

3. Showroom & Billing Support (Retail-focused)

• Billing & Cashier Duties: In showroom environments, the role frequently overlaps with POS operations—processing large transactions, managing ERP data entry, and validating item quantities against receipts.
• Visual Merchandising Audits: Ensure pieces handed over to sales associates for customer display are tracked in real-time and returned promptly to safe cases.

Pay: ₹9,100.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
