Custodian

The Downtown Athletic Club has immediate openings for custodians to add to our team. Custodians play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for occupants and visitors. This is a part-time permanent position dedicated to ensuring the Downtown Athletic Club has been cleaned to the highest standards.

* Permanent Part Time Positions Currently Available:

• 16 - 25 hours/week
• 8pm - 12am or 7pm - 11pm shifts with possible adjustments in the future
• Fixed Scheduling week to week, must be willing to cover/be on call occasionally

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and sanitizing as outlined on assigned checklist
• Notify supervisor of any maintenance or repair issue
• Maintaining a secure building during your shift
• Waste Management – proper disposal of all trash
• Reporting – Do all tasks on checklist and turn in at the end of each shift
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment as directed
• Ensure cleaning equipment is put away nightly
