Custodian

RdF Corporation seeks a custodian to be responsible for a range of facilities support tasks. Applicants should work well as part of a team and have a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities of Custodian:

• Cleaning of facilities, restrooms and work areas to include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, dusting, vacuuming, waxing and polishing of all surfaces, floors, furniture, windows, lighting fixtures and trim.
• Emptying of trash, wastebaskets, and recyclable containers, and transporting waste to disposal area.
• Maintaining facilities in good working order such as replenishing bathroom supplies.
• Moving equipment, furniture and supplies as needed.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements of Custodian:

• Successful candidates are dependable and efficient, and must be able to read and comprehend instructions & manuals, safety rules and correspondence.
• Applicants must have a High School diploma or GED.
• This is a full-time contract position. .

Duties to be performed at multiple locations in southern New Hampshire.
