Environmental Services

• Floors, offices, restrooms, hallways, common areas. We do them all.

• We invest in the best equipment and the safest chemicals and train you how to use them.

• We provide uniforms, personal protective equipment, and all the support you need to be successful.

• 1. Perform Custodial cleaning tasks to the satisfaction of the Project Supervisor and customer.
  2. Police grounds and remove debris/snow as directed by the Project Supervisor.
  3. Complete all mandatory-training programs.
  4. Maintain all equipment, storage areas and Custodial closets as to reflect a professional appearance at all times.
  5. All Custodians must represent the Corporation in a professional manner, which includes reporting to work in clean and appropriate attire suitable for the position.
  6. Must always report accidents and/or safety issues to the Project Supervisor immediately.
  7. Must maintain an effective working relationship with the Project Supervisor and co-workers at all times.
  8. Comply with safety policies and procedures for safety of self and others.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Supervisor or designee.

  Qualifications:

  1. Must be capable of physical demands of the job, such as but not limited to constant standing, walking, stooping, and lifting.
  2. Must be able to follow instructions.
  3. Able to lift up to 30 pounds properly.
  4. Must pass any required federal, state, municipality, and/or customer-specific background checks.

• As per NYS Law, the full salary range is $16.00 - $21.00 per hour. However, our Compensation System is designed to hire new employees between the rates listed above.
