Custodian/Janitor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial settings to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping as needed.
• Conduct thorough cleaning of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to uphold hygiene standards.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste materials and recycling according to company policies.
• Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and report needs for replenishment.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests or emergencies as they arise.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized work environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in custodial or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
