Custodian/Maintenance Worker

Allied Emergency Veterinary Service is a locally owned Emergency Veterinary service with 24/7 locations in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

We are looking for a Custodian / Maintenance person to help with both our Eau Claire location and our brand new / building is currently being built out of the dirt location in Rochester.

Responsibilities:

Lawn care and maintenance including trimming plants and bushes as needed. Weed control, spring and fall weed and feed, spraying for insects, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, maintaining landscaping. Winter exterior care as when the snow starts flying.

Internal custodial work includes deep cleaning of the building as needed, light maintenance (change filters, lights, paint, drywall, etc).

Requirements:

• Prior experience being self directed to accomplish the tasks at hand

• Flexibility of tasks due to weather / needs that change

• Basic knowledge of the usage of equipment.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
