Custody Services Associate

The Custody Services Associateis responsible for providing operational support to the day-to-day custody business transactions and relevant activities, and acting as point of contact for Institutional clients and Account Officers for any custody business related transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the timely and accurate settlement of securities and cash transactions, including lodgment, upliftment, and safekeeping of client assets.
• Support the reconciliation and recording of securities and cash holdings across registries, depositories, custodians, and settlement accounts.
• Assist in monitoring corporate action events, notifying clients, processing instructions, coordinating with external parties, and facilitating related settlements.
• Facilitate fund orders and settlements, assist with tax documentation and reclaim services, and support client inquiries and requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of client reports, certifications, and statements, while performing other operational duties assigned by Senior Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably business-related or finance
• Keen on details, effective communication skills, proficient in both oral and written communication
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• High level of initiative and innovation
• Computer literate, team-based, and result-based orientation, people management, organizational, and analytical process-based skills
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City
