Position Summary

Castelli is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Custom Project Manager to join Castelli’s Custom Sales Department in the United States. This role partners with Territory Sales Representatives to ensure Custom projects run smoothly, from order intake to fulfillment and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Custom Order Management

· Work with assigned Territory Sales Representatives to guide customers through Custom order processes.

· Coordinate with Graphic Design team to prioritize workflow and ensure project deadlines are met.

· Build and maintain customer facing online ordering sites for team order collection.

· Submit and monitor status of Custom purchase orders.

· Prepare shipping instructions and guarantee timely delivery of completed projects.

· Customer Service and Relationship Building

· Communicate with Territory Sales Representatives to address general and specific Custom order inquiries.

· Provide accurate status updates throughout the order, design, production, and delivery processes.

· Work directly with Team Managers on select key accounts.

· Collect insight and feedback from Territory Sales Representatives to identify opportunities for program improvements and growth.

· Cross-Functional Departmental Efforts

· Communicate key deadlines to Graphic Design and Warehouse teams.

· Work with Accounting team to resolve outstanding Custom invoices in a timely manner.

· Alert Product Development team of any potential product quality or manufacturing issues.

· Partner with Marketing team to support Custom product needs for events and sponsored athletes. Provide event support as needed.

· Assist with Custom order packing as needed.

Required Qualifications

· Strong project management skills with experience assisting with complex, multi-step workflows.

· Demonstrated ability of working with internal and external teams across Sales, Marketing, Production, Graphics, Logistics, and Factories.

· Ability to multitask and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Clear, professional communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing timelines and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in apparel/cycling industry, customization, or made-to-order programs.

· Experience working with factories or international production partners.

· Background in project management and process improvement.

· Passion for cycling and an understanding of cycling culture.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
