Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Custom Cabinet Builder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing high-quality custom cabinets tailored to client specifications, ensuring precision and craftsmanship at every stage. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately build custom cabinets.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinetry using hand tools and power tools for woodworking.
• Operate woodworking machines safely and efficiently to shape wood construction materials.
• Perform precise trimming, sanding, caulking, and finishing to achieve a polished look.
• Install cabinets on-site with attention to detail, ensuring proper fit and alignment in residential settings.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to power tool safety standards and protocols.

Experience

• Proven experience in cabinet making or woodworking within the residential carpentry or remodeling industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines.
• Familiarity with framing carpentry, drywall installation, plastering, rebar installation, siding, and fixture installation is a plus.
• Prior work on construction sites involving heavy lifting, metal stud framing, mold remediation or restoration projects is advantageous.
• Knowledge of construction plans related to cabinetry or remodeling projects enhances your ability to deliver quality craftsmanship.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety practices including power tool safety procedures.

Pay: $120.00 - $150.00 per day
