We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing and finishing custom cabinets and woodwork for residential projects. Your expertise will help transform clients’ spaces with precision craftsmanship and efficient installation techniques. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from custom kitchen cabinets to built-in storage solutions, ensuring high-quality results that meet client specifications and industry standards.

Duties

• Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate and install cabinetry and wood fixtures.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines.
• Experience in residential carpentry including trim carpentry, door hanging, and remodeling projects.
• Familiarity with construction site safety practices including power tool safety and heavy lifting procedures.
• familiar with assembly of custom cabinetry components.
• Knowledge of various wood construction materials.
• Experience working on restoration projects involving mold remediation or water damage repair industry standards.
• Competence in using construction plans for framing carpentry, metal stud framing.
• Strong communication skills for interpreting technical instructions and collaborating effectively on construction sites.

• Measure, cut, assemble, and finish cabinet components using hand tools, power tools for woodworking, CNC machines, and woodworking machines.
• Install cabinets, doors, trim, siding, fixtures, and other woodwork with precision on residential construction sites.
• Perform heavy lifting and maneuver large or bulky materials safely into place during installation.
• Apply caulking and other finishing techniques to ensure seamless integration of cabinetry into existing structures.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the fabrication and installation process to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while following power tool safety protocols.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
