Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Woodshop Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience working with woodworking tools and machinery, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble wood products according to specifications and drawings
• Build cabinets using butt joint construction (no dado system currently)
• Operate woodworking machinery such as saws, sanders, and routers
• Measure, cut, and shape wood materials accurately
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in woodworking, carpentry, or fabrication preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
• Familiarity with woodworking tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with custom builds or cabinetry
• Operating CNC machinery
• Finishing experience (staining, sealing, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
