Custom Cabinet Builder/Final Assembly

Join our dynamic team as a Custom Cabinet Builder/Final Assembly specialist, where your craftsmanship and attention to detail will bring custom cabinetry projects to life! In this role, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling custom cabinets tailored to client specifications. Your expertise will ensure each piece meets our rigorous standards for quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Duties

• Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately build custom cabinets and furniture components.
• Use hand tools and power tools designed for woodworking to cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinetry parts with precision.
• Perform final assembly of cabinets, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and secure joinery.
• Install hardware, fixtures, trim, and other finishing touches according to project specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure adherence to safety standards and craftsmanship excellence.
• Assist with site preparation tasks such as heavy lifting of materials and materials handling.

Skills

• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings related to cabinetry and woodworking projects.
• Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., chisels, saws) and power tools for woodworking (e.g., drills, routers) while maintaining power tool safety protocols.
• Experience with woodworking machines such as table saws, planers, sanders, and other equipment used in cabinet manufacturing.
• Knowledge of wood construction materials including plywood, MDF, solid wood panels, trims, and hardware components.
• Background in residential carpentry or remodeling projects involving framing.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during fixture installation.
• CNC, Beam Saw, or Edge Bander experience is a big plus.
