CUSTOM CLEARANCE & LOGISTIC EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

1. Prepare, review, and process export-import documents such as PIB/PEB, Certificate of Origin (COO), Packing List, Bill of Lading, and other supporting documents accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Experience in food import is an advantage.
3. Familiar with the import regulatory conditions of various customs codes, and the calculation of various taxes such as BM & PPN & PPH.
4. Proficiency in customs and tax information systems as well as automation systems (CEISA) is highly preferred.
5. Manage end-to-end customs clearance processes for import and export shipments.
6. Coordinate with customs authorities, related government agencies, and PPJK (Customs Brokerage/Forwarding agents) to ensure smooth clearance process.
7. Handle licensing and regulatory compliance through INSW, NIB, and OSS systems related to export-import activities.
8. Prepare periodic export-import activity reports and ensure proper documentation filing.
9. Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations and internal company policies.

Qualification:

1. Minimal Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics Management, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customs clearance, export-import operations, or related logistics field.
3. Proficient in using Customs-Excise Information System and Automation (CEISA).
4. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
5. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
6. Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade procedures.
7. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
