Custom Clearance Executive

WE ARE HIRING – JAPAN CUSTOMS CLEARANCE EXECUTIVE

Location: I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi (Near Habib Bank Plaza)

We are a Japan-based shipping, freight forwarding, and vehicle export company looking for an experienced Japan Customs Clearance Executive to manage and coordinate Japanese customs clearance and export procedures from our Karachi office.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate all Japanese customs clearance and export procedures from Karachi.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Japan Customs regulations, export requirements, and compliance procedures.
• Manage and verify export documentation for Japanese vehicles and auto parts.
• Coordinate with Japanese customs brokers, shipping agents, yards, and other relevant parties.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customs documentation and export shipments.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies and operational issues related to Japanese customs clearance.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure compliance with applicable Japanese export regulations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (graduate).
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Japanese customs clearance and export operations.
• Strong practical knowledge of Japan Customs procedures, regulations, and export documentation.
• Experience with Japanese vehicle and auto parts exports to international destinations.
• Ability to independently coordinate Japanese customs clearance operations while working from Karachi.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• All timings are according to Pakistan Standard Time (PST).

Salary

PKR 60,000 – 90,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, technical knowledge, and practical expertise. The final salary will be decided during the interview.
