Warehouse Associate (Custom Filter Shop)

About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Custom Filter/Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for cutting and capping custom air filters, preparing customer orders, maintaining an organized shop, and providing friendly customer service.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble custom air filters according to customer specifications
• Measure, cut, and handle filter materials accurately
• Prepare, package, and label customer orders
• Assist customers with product questions and order requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Operate basic shop tools and equipment safely
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Track inventory and notify management when supplies are running low
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Work effectively with team members to meet production and customer-service goals

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable working with measurements and basic tools such as a tape measure, table saw, glue gun, etc.
• Able to lift and move shop materials up to 50lbs as required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous shop, warehouse, manufacturing, HVAC, or customer-service experience is a plus, but training can be provided
