Pay Rate: $57/hour on W2 (All-Inclusive)

Work Arrangement: Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Assignment Duration: 12+ months Extendable Contract

Job Overview

We are seeking a Custom Material Certification Program Manager to support program execution, stakeholder alignment, and process improvement within a regulated industry environment. The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills, along with experience identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Candidates with SAP experience are highly encouraged to apply. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and communications to ensure stakeholder alignment and successful execution.
• Collaborate with multiple departments, influence stakeholders, and gain buy-in for program objectives and initiatives.
• Translate broader business objectives and strategic priorities into actionable initiatives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, implement changes, and drive operational efficiencies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels through clear verbal and written communication.
• Support program execution and cross-functional coordination within a regulated industry environment.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a regulated industry or environment.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and gain buy-in.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and driving operational efficiencies.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional communication coordination experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP experience is highly preferred and considered a significant asset. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
