Custom Menswear Specialist

Our role is not simply to make clothes — we guide clients on cut, colour, proportion, and style suited to their physique, lifestyle, and personal identity.

The Role
We are seeking a Custom Menswear Specialist to join our small, highly selective team. You will be the primary point of contact for discerning clients throughout the entire bespoke and made-to-measure journey — from initial consultation and fabric selection through fittings and final delivery. You will combine deep sartorial knowledge with exceptional interpersonal skills to deliver a refined, educational, and personal experience that reflects the atelier’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct private consultations, understanding each client’s lifestyle, body type, preferences, and long-term wardrobe goals
• Advise on silhouette, proportion, fabric, colour, and detailing with clarity and authority
• Guide clients through fabric selection from our curated range of premium cloths
• Take precise measurements and communicate specifications accurately to our pattern makers and workshops
• Manage the full order lifecycle, including fittings, adjustments, quality control, and final presentation
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships rooted in trust and consistent excellence
• Represent the atelier’s values of heritage craftsmanship, modern refinement, and genuine guidance
• Support atelier events, style gatherings, and client experiences as needed
• Maintain high standards of presentation, discretion, and service at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience in bespoke, made-to-measure, or high-end menswear (retail, atelier, or luxury fashion)
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary menswear construction, fabrics, fits, and styling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to educate and advise with confidence and humility
• Precise measurement and fitting skills
• Natural discretion and professionalism suited to an invitation-only environment
• Fluent English required; Cantonese and/or Mandarin highly advantageous
• Genuine passion for craftsmanship, quality, and the modern gentleman’s wardrobe
• Willingness to work the atelier’s hours (including evenings and weekends as required)
