Custom Millwork Craftsman

Lynn Floyd Architectural Millwork, part of the Reichert Woodworks family of companies, is a prestigious architectural millwork shop specializing in custom mouldings, radius millwork, doors and windows. We utilize cutting edge technology, including CAD, Weinig moulders and CNC’s, to manufacture beautiful millwork for high-end custom builders and remodelers. As a teaching and learning shop, we enjoy continual improvement and specialize in complex projects that challenge even seasoned woodworkers.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Dedicated, hard worker and attentive learner with passion for woodworking
• Moulder and CNC experience preferred, but not required
• At least 2 years of woodworking or carpentry experience
• Integrity of character and pride in doing a beautiful job right the first time
• Attention to detail and proficient in carpentry math (tape measure, fractions, etc.)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Operate moulders, saws & CNCs, and craft radius jambs & millwork
• Learn to grind profile knives and set up sophisticated machinery
• Identify, select and handle hardwood species for each custom project
• Learn advanced lean manufacturing, working efficiently to produce fine products
• Be an important and valued part of a winning team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
