Custom Project Manager-Construction Management

SSC Signs & Lighting is looking for an experienced Custom Project Manager with a strong background in construction management to oversee custom signage projects from initial planning through completion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage custom sign projects from contract through installation and completion
• Coordinate with customers, sales, designers, production, installers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule
• Coordinate materials, fabrication, permitting, delivery, and installation
• Communicate project updates with customers and internal teams
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and customer expectations
• Review project costs and help maintain profitability
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Qualifications:

• Construction management or project management experience required
• Experience managing custom construction or signage projects preferred
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
• Ability to work effectively with customers, contractors, and internal teams
