GDXHR Staffing Solutions is hiring Customer Service Executives for a Healthcare Appointment Booking Process. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions and assisting customers with appointment-related requirements.

Key Details Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month Openings: 20 Process: Inbound (IB) – Healthcare Appointment Booking Language: English & Hindi Age: 20 years and above

Shift: Rotational 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Week Off: Rotational

Eligibility Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Immediate joiners are preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts. Good English/Hindi communication skills are required. Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions professionally. Assist customers with healthcare appointment-related requirements. Provide appropriate assistance and information to customers. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach.
