What they need
- Monitor import and export activities to ensure effective and timely implementation of all daily operational goals, including shipping functions
- Handle PEZA In-bound and Out-bound applications
- Perform initial and final booking of client-confirmed forecasts
- Prepare and send invoices, packing lists, and shipping order drafts to client-nominated forwarders and other concerned parties for export checking and approval
- Monitor imports and secure permits and other required documents for safety and compliance, based on Customs and other government documentation procedures
