About the Role

We are looking for a talented Custom Software Engineer to join our team in Cebu City. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing custom software solutions that address business needs and drive innovation.

You will work with modern technologies and agile methodologies to build scalable, high-performing applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom software applications and system components.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Enhance existing systems to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.
• Support the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and enhancing software applications and systems.
• Strong knowledge of modern programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
