Custom Software Engineer – Microsoft Power Apps

About the role

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer – Microsoft Power Apps to design, develop, and enhance custom business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, can work independently, and is comfortable collaborating with different teams to turn business requirements into scalable, user-friendly, and efficient applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Work independently while developing expertise as a subject matter expert (SME).
• Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective application solutions.
• Integrate Power Apps with various data sources, systems, and services.
• Design user-friendly interfaces, workflows, and business processes within the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Use Power Automate and related tools to support workflow automation and process optimization.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure application quality, performance, and reliability.
• Identify and resolve software defects and technical issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation.

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps development.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and its capabilities.
• Experience integrating Power Apps with various data sources and external services.
• Experience designing user-friendly applications, interfaces, and workflows.
• Familiarity with Power Automate and business process automation.
• Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to code quality, testing, documentation, and maintainability.
