Customer Account Executive.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely payment of bills and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with indirect taxation laws, including GST regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to queries and concerns.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of indirect taxation, particularly GST laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues alike.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
