Customer Account Lead

Job Responsibilities

• Receives, addresses, resolves, and responds to customer complaints, inquiries, and interactions in a timely manner.

• Accurately enters and processes purchase orders.

• Assists in customer account management and administration.

• Drives process improvement to ensure quality and on-time product delivery.

• Communicates and coordinates across internal departments.

• Maintains clean and accurate order system, ensuring order and delivery status are achieved as expected.

• Identifies shortfalls and areas for improvement in order entry and delivery processes and makes recommendations to resolve. Operates with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Upholds company practices, policies, and procedures as it relates to the customer and the execution of work.

• May assist with scheduling and releasing job orders to the floor.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

• Two years of prior customer service experience.
