Customer Account Representative

Gulfline Solutions Inc is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Account Representative to support the growth of AT&T Fiber solutions. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, developing communication skills, and building a career in customer service, account management, and sales.

As a Customer Account Representative, you’ll work directly with residential customers to understand their connectivity needs, introduce available AT&T Fiber solutions, and guide customers through the account enrollment process. No previous telecommunications experience is required—we provide hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their internet, connectivity, and account needs.
• Introduce AT&T Fiber solutions and clearly explain available services, features, and benefits.
• Recommend solutions based on customer needs while providing a professional customer experience.
• Assist customers with the enrollment and account setup process.
• Maintain accurate customer information and provide responsive account support.
• Develop communication, customer service, sales, and account management skills through hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable speaking with customers and presenting service options.
• Motivated to learn and grow in an entry-level business environment.
• Previous customer service, sales, retail, or telecommunications experience is helpful but not required.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
