Customer Account Representative

About the Role

Ascend Outreach is hiring a Full Time Customer Account Representative to join our growing team. In this customer facing role, you will connect with customers to help them explore wireless products, mobile devices, internet services, and technology solutions based on their individual needs.

No previous wireless experience is required. We provide hands on training, ongoing coaching, and support to help you develop valuable skills in customer service, sales, communication, and account management.

What You'll Do

• Connect with customers face to face and identify their wireless and technology needs
• Explain wireless plans, mobile devices, internet services, promotions, and available solutions
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs and preferences
• Assist customers throughout the enrollment and account setup process
• Build positive customer relationships through clear communication and personalized service
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information
• Work alongside the team to achieve individual and company goals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day
• Positive, professional, and motivated attitude
• Willingness to learn and receive coaching
• Reliable transportation
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful, but not required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Pay: $53,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
