Customer Account Representative

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service via phone calls.
• Process customer orders, handle returns, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Provide product information, answer questions about products/services offered by the company.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role (customer care/support).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate thoughts clearly over phone calls.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Fresh graduate with no prior work experience required.
