Responsibilities

• Assist customers with general account-related questions and requests
• Provide clear and accurate information about company services

• Help document customer questions, requests, and follow-up needs
• Direct customers to the appropriate team members when necessary
• Follow up on customer requests according to company procedures
• Maintain organized customer information and records
• Support daily customer service and account-related activities
