You’ll receive hands-on training and work with a team that supports you as you learn customer service and sales.

This Customer Account Specialist role is an entry level, customer-facing sales role in a retail environment. You’ll speak with customers about Verizon wireless services, FiOS internet, devices, and connected home options, then help them choose solutions that fit their needs. You don’t need previous sales experience to get started.

What you’ll do as a Customer Account Specialist - Entry Level

• Start conversations with customers and learn what they need from their wireless or home internet service
• As a Customer Account Specialist, confidently explain Verizon products, plans, and features in a clear, helpful way
• Recommend options that fit each customer’s needs and budget
• Answer questions and guide customers through the sales process
• Keep customer information and follow-up details organized
• Learn from your Customer Account Specialist team, build your sales skills, and work toward individual goals
