Salary: $2,000 Basic + $500 Monthly Incentive + Performance-Based Commission
Working Days: 5–6 days per week
Working Hours: Up to 44 hours per week
Location: Various branches / locations
Training: 2 weeks at Dhoby Ghaut

Job Responsibilities

• Promote credit card products through roadshows and branch locations
• Engage with customers and provide information on available products
• Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable products
• Assist customers with the online application process
• Provide guidance to customers who require assistance with their applications
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Follow up with customers regarding their applications and card delivery
• Work towards individual and team sales targets

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable engaging with customers in a face-to-face environment
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
• Motivated by performance targets and incentives
• Willing to work across different locations
• Relevant sales or customer service experience will be an advantage
• Training will be provided for candidates who meet the role requirements
