Job Description

SetGo Innovations is looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Customer Acquisition Executives. The role involves connecting with business owners over the phone, introducing the SetGo app, explaining the benefits of listing their businesses, and converting potential customers into paid business listings.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact business owners through phone calls and introduce the SetGo app.
• Explain the benefits of business listings, promotional offers, and increased business visibility.
• Identify potential customers and understand their business requirements.
• Present listing plans and convince business owners to register on the SetGo app.
• Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into paid listings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the onboarding team to complete the registration process.
• Achieve monthly customer acquisition and sales targets.

Who We're Looking For

• Good Malayalam communication skills.
• Confident communication and convincing abilities.
• Ability to build relationships with business owners over the phone.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to handle customer questions and follow up professionally.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Experience in telecalling, sales, customer acquisition, or business development is an advantage.
