Compensation:

$21 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Speak with prospective customers by phone and in person
• Explain basic program information clearly
• Ask questions to determine customer eligibility and interest
• Schedule qualified customer appointments
• Follow up and maintain accurate customer records

Qualifications:

• Friendly and confident communication style
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and consistent
• Comfortable working toward performance goals
• Restaurant, hospitality, retail, customer service, or call-center experience is a plus
