This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with new people, building relationships, and working toward professional goals. You'll gain hands-on experience in customer acquisition, sales, and client engagement while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

No previous sales or insurance experience is required. We provide structured training, professional mentorship, and ongoing development to help you build the skills needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients and introduce available health coverage products and services.
• Identify customer needs through professional conversations and active listening.
• Guide interested customers through the sales and enrollment process.
• Build positive relationships with prospective and new clients.
• Conduct follow-ups and maintain organized customer information.
• Work toward individual and team customer acquisition goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
