Customer Acquisition Supervisor

The Marketing Supervisor – Client Acquisition is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers, generate quality leads, expand market reach, and optimize acquisition costs. The role also supervises the marketing team, monitors campaign performance, and builds strategic partnerships to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize online and offline marketing campaigns for client acquisition and lead generation.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including paid advertising, SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and recommend strategies to improve conversion rates and ROI.
• Develop strategic partnerships and coordinate events to expand market reach and generate leads.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate marketing specialists to achieve team targets.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and agencies to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Prepare marketing reports and present campaign results and recommendations to management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least two (2) years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in client acquisition, digital marketing, or campaign management.
• Proven experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, campaign optimization, and market expansion.
• With supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and online and offline marketing channels.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in financial services or OFW-related initiatives is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to travel for fieldwork, meetings, and marketing events.

Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php37,000.00 per month
