Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Advisor to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to confidently interact with international customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
• Maintain a professional and positive tone throughout customer interactions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer-service targets.
• Follow company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with international customers.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/customer-support tools.
• Prior experience in an international voice process/BPO/customer service is an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
