Job Scope:

• Handle Customer inquiries/concerns and Alert escalations via email.
• Maintain Insightz SOC Documentation.
• Complete Daily and Monthly Reports.
• Ensure IOC trackers are updated.
• Handle Endpoint inquiries/concerns from POCs and SAs.
• Perform other Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate
• Possess a "customer-first" attitude and approach when working with clients.
• Ability to communicate with customers easily and effectively.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Excellent organizational and technical skills.
• A good team player.
• At least 1 year of experience in BPO or Customer Service.

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
