Customer Advisor

KVR Automotive Private Limited, an authorised Tata Motors passenger vehicle dealership, is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join its sales team as Customer Advisors. The role involves identifying customer needs, promoting Tata Motors passenger vehicles, managing sales enquiries, and delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the vehicle purchase journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable Tata Motors vehicles.

• Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, finance options, insurance, and accessories.

• Generate new sales leads through showroom enquiries, telephone calls, referrals, and other channels.

• Follow up with prospective customers regularly to convert enquiries into sales.

• Arrange and coordinate vehicle test drives.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction objectives.

• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and sales activities in the relevant system.

• Coordinate with the finance, insurance, accessories, and vehicle delivery teams to ensure a smooth purchasing process.

• Assist customers with booking formalities, documentation, and vehicle delivery.

• Maintain professional customer relationships and encourage referrals and repeat business.

• Stay updated on Tata Motors vehicle models, product features, offers, and competitor activities.

• Follow company policies, sales processes, and customer service standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
