CUSTOMER ADVISOR

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Promote and explain available vehicle models, features, pricing, and financing options.
• Provide professional customer service and build strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Arrange vehicle test drives and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Prepare sales quotations, documentation, and related paperwork.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's overall sales performance.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities.
• Stay updated on vehicle specifications, promotions, and market trends.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; Diploma or Degree is an advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Willing to learn about automotive products and sales processes.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Possess a valid driving licence.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
