About you

You don’t need to know everything about banking from day one — we’ll support you to learn. You’ll need strong customer focus, attention to detail, confidence using systems, and the ability to listen, think ahead, and stay organised while managing calls.

• Warm, clear, and professional communication.

• Confidence speaking with customers by phone.

• Ability to multitask across systems and conversations.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures.

• Positive, adaptable, and team-focused attitude.

Working arrangements

Permanent full-time, with a required Saturday mornings roster. When applying, please include your preferred days and hours of work across the week.
