About the Role

Build a long-term management career with our Store Development Cadet program. This rotational training initiative gives you comprehensive exposure to store leadership, staff supervision, customer engagement, and inventory logistics in our premium retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate through key store functions: sales floor management, stockroom control, and customer service.
• Support team leads in training new retail associates and monitoring team output.
• Ensure accurate stock counts and assist with supplier/delivery logistics.
• Actively engage shoppers to boost sales conversion and loyalty program sign-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Driven, goal-oriented, and leadership-minded.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail team setup.
• Ability to work regular retail shifts (including weekends and holidays).
