Customer Advisor _ Permanent night shift

About the role

In this role, you'll deliver excellent customer service through communication channels via chat or email. You'll work as part of a high-performing team, supporting and helping colleagues and your Team Lead as required. You'll take ownership of customer concerns and work on solving end-to-end travel challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service through chat or email communication channels
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, showing empathy and patience
• Work towards achieving individual KPIs and Team Goals
• Continuously identify work process improvements and provide prompt feedback during 1:1 sessions and team meetings
• Support and help colleagues and your Team Lead as required
• Advocate the Trip.com culture both internally and externally
• Take ownership of customer concerns and solve end-to-end travel challenges
• Assist with ad hoc projects assigned by Team Leads or Supervisors

About you

• Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Malay language
• Able to work in shifts (morning, day, afternoon, and night), as well as during weekends and public holidays
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Passion for helping and supporting others
• Positive and forward-thinking attitude, with a diligent and result-orientated approach to work
• High stress tolerance and able to work under a pressured environment
• Analytical and Critical Thinking with a drive towards customer success
