Customer Advocate

Position: Customer Advocate (Makati site)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering best-in-class customer service to PhilCare Members at all times.
• Issues Letter of Authorization (LOA) to PhilCare Members within set turn-around time (TAT) based on authorized limit, and PhilCare’s utilization management guidelines and protocols through PhilCare dedicated email account.
• Handles within set turn-around time (TAT) various queries and concerns of PhilCare Members namely, reimbursement, benefit plan, provider accreditation, status verification and others that may be captured from PhilCare dedicated email account.
• Coordinates with other divisions or departments on concerns relevant to addressing service issues and LOA requests of PhilCare Members.
• Resolves PhilCare Members’ availment concerns or service issues to proactively avert complaints.
• Addresses PhilCare Members’ complaints within the authorized level; otherwise, escalates to the immediate head.
• Other tasks that may be assigned by the Department and Division heads, from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any medical allied course
• Not required, but call center or HMO experience is an advantage
• Client Orientation, Communication, and Customer Service
• Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology, medical conditions, and procedures
• Interaction skills; ready to use MS Office Applications
• Customer Service skills; Attention to details; Critical-Thinking skills; Analytical skills; Verbal and Written skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
