THE ROLE:

We are looking for anenthusiastic, customer focused all-rounder to join our exceptional team, where you will be responsible for looking after our customers' needs every step of the way.  

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Serving customers
• Processing rental agreements and payments
• Educating our customers on terms and conditions of hire
• Inspecting vehicles for damage before and after rental
• Providing travel tips
• Managing customer and booking queries
• Problem solving when customers have issues on the road
• Upselling GO products and services

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Experience:

• 2 years customer service experience preferably in a similar industry but not essential

Licences:

• A full driver’s licence.

• Passion for Customer Service: You thrive on making customers happy and solving their problems.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, friendly, and professional communication is a must (written and verbal).
• Adaptability: Our industry moves fast, and you’ll need to adapt to changing situations.
• Attention to Detail: Accurate paperwork and excellent attention to detail
• Positive Attitude: A can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Flexibility: ability to work rostered shifts.
