Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance: Greeting customers, addressing inquiries, guiding them to product locations, and assisting with purchases.
• Inventory Management: Stocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, conducting stock counts, and ensuring products are appropriately displayed.
• Checkout Support: Operating cash registers, processing transactions, handling returns, and ensuring accurate cash handling.
• Store Maintenance: Keeping the store clean and organized, including tidying shelves, cleaning floors, and ensuring a safe shopping environment.
• Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure smooth store operations and address any issues promptly.
• Product Knowledge: Staying informed about the products available in the store to assist customers effectively and provide recommendations.
• Compliance: Adhering to store policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations to maintain a safe and compliant environment.

Requirements:

• 1 year experience
• Diploma from a reputable institution.
