Customer Associate – Worcester Beverage

Location: 1950 S Valley Forge Rd, Worcester, PA 19490
Schedule: Looking for open availability but mostly Morning (Daytime) availability on wednesday/thursday and open availability on Weekends as needed
Job Type: Part-time Afternoons till closing (8-9pm) and Weekends. Total 20-30 hours a week

Worcester Beverage is a locally owned retail beer distributor serving the Worcester/Lansdale/Whitpain/Skippack/Norristown community with great selection, friendly service, and a passion for beer. We take pride in providing a clean, welcoming environment and excellent customer experience.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Customer Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is reliable, and can handle a mix of customer service and physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to maintain store appearance and inventory levels
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
• Follow all PA state liquor laws and company policies

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older (21+ preferred)
• Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move cases of beer (up to 40 lbs)
• Dependable and able to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Previous retail or warehouse experience a plus, but not required
