Customer Associate

We are looking for a Customer Associate who is customer-focused, organized, and able to work efficiently in a busy environment. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and transactions while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding shipments, deliveries, and other services.
• Receive and address customer concerns and provide appropriate assistance.
• Process customer transactions and shipment-related requests accurately.
• Provide customers with clear and accurate information regarding LBC services and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding shipment and customer concerns.
• Ensure accurate recording and handling of customer transactions and documents.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned work area.
• Provide professional and courteous service to all customers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must have completed at least 2 years of college.

• At least 6 months of relevant experience in retail/cashiering or as a Customer Associate.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented, hardworking, and responsible.

• Computer literate and comfortable handling basic transactions.

• Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
