What they need
We are looking for a customer-oriented Customer Associate to assist with daily branch operations, customer inquiries, and the processing of money, cargoes, and shipments.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process money, cargoes, and shipments.
- Assist walk-in and phone-in customer inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Support branch operations and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- K-12 graduate or at least 2 years in college.
- Experience in money remittance or logistics is an advantage.
- Customer-service oriented with good communication skills.
- Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Willing to work on-site.
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
