A Day in the Life of a Customer Associate

As a Customer Associate, you’ll start each day excited to establish new relationships while continuing to nurture existing ones. This position will be a great fit if you love interacting with people and establish rapport easily. Your excellent customer service skills are an essential part of your success, as you spend a lot of time chatting with clients on the phone or in person.

In addition to customer outreach, you’ll complete sales presentations to help customers understand our clients’ products and services. As a Customer Associate you will need to be organized and manage your time effectively in order to achieve individual and team goals. You’ll make sales engage new customers and accurately complete order forms. It is rewarding to see your efforts contribute to our success!

Customer Associate Qualifications:

● Previous experience in a customer facing role is a plus

● Retail experience

● Clear communication skills

● Ability to work in a team environment
