Customer BDR

We are hiring a Sales Support to manage customer communications, load entry, and daily execution alongside our Account Management team.

This is a high-visibility, execution-focused role for professionals who want to master 3PL logistics and fast-track their career toward becoming an Account Manager. You will take direct ownership of client accounts, protect margins, and resolve operational bottlenecks before they reach the customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management Support: Partner directly with Account Managers on load booking, spot-rate quoting, and day-to-day customer communication.
• Full Load Lifecycle Ownership: Build loads accurately in the system, monitor active shipments end-to-end, and resolve operational issues before they impact performance.
• Proactive Customer Communication: Deliver fast, transparent status updates so shippers never have to ask where their freight stands.
• Capacity Sourcing & Coverage: Source and negotiate with carriers to ensure assigned lanes stay covered and freight moves efficiently.
• Data & System Integrity: Maintain clean, real-time updates across all systems so the team can operate with accurate data.
• Team Collaboration: Act as a flexible resource by cross-training on Carrier Sales and Operations, jumping in to support other desks when needed because we value moving freight forward over staying in a single lane.

What You Bring

• Logistics & Customer Support Experience: 4+ years of background in freight brokerage, 3PL logistics, or a high-volume customer-facing role (US freight experience).
• Communication & English: Advanced written and spoken English fluency to communicate fast, clearly, and professionally with US customers and internal teams.
• Proactive Ownership: High bias for action—you take full accountability for your tasks without waiting to be asked or needing to be told twice.
• Early & Clear Escalation: Strong commitment to proactive communication—you flag issues immediately when something is off, because silence is never the answer.
• Reliability & Follow-Through: Uncompromising dependability—you show up on time, take pride in executing what you promise, and consistently deliver on commitments.
• Continuous Improvement: A coachable, adaptable attitude focused on learning from feedback, refining execution speed, and growing toward Account Management.
